CELEBRATING 60 YEARS SINCE THE RELEASE OF HERSCHELL GORDON LEWIS’ GORE-FEST MASTERPIECE BLOOD FEAST – ACCOMPANIED BY A LIVE ORIGINAL SCORE PERFORMANCE BY MIAMI ARTIST RICHARD VERGEZ.

“There has been nothing so appalling in the annals of horror! More grisly than ever in blood color!” Shot in Florida all around Miami Beach, pioneering genre filmmaker Herschell Gordon Lewis’ original gore-fest BLOOD FEAST brims with mad, macabre, and just downright bizarre as the first-ever splatter movie. Swoon at the violence in this unhinged, gore-soaked extravaganza as we celebrate its 60th anniversary with the special accompaniment of a live original score performance.

Dorothy Fremont is looking to throw a party unlike any other, and she gets just that when the decidedly sinister Fuad Ramses caters the event. Promising to provide her guests with an authentic Egyptian feast, Ramses promptly acquires the necessary ingredients: the body parts of young nubiles. Featuring a host of stomach-churning gore gags including the infamous “tongue” sequence, BLOOD FEAST more than lives up to its name and remains essential viewing for any self-respecting horror fan.
