WANNA PLAY? WE DARE YOU! Get ready to plug into terror, ‘90s-style, because Popcorn Frights is unleashing a totally rare, brain-melting presentation of BRAINSCAN—the cult cyber-horror gem that made CD-ROMs cool… and deadly.

Before BLACK MIRROR, before TikTok could rot your soul, before screenwriter Andrew Kevin Walker penned SEVEN, there was BRAINSCAN—the twisted tech-horror that dared to ask: What if your video game made you a killer? Starring Edward Furlong (TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY) as a horror-loving loner who downloads the wrong game and gets dragged into a blood-soaked mind trip by a demented digital demon called The Trickster. He’s like Beetlejuice if Beetlejuice was coded in Windows 95 and had a serious thing for chaos and murder.

With creepy early CGI, grunge-soaked paranoia, and a soundtrack that slaps, BRAINSCAN is a criminally underrated blast of technophobic terror that plays like THE LAWNMOWER MAN took a hit of Surge and binge-watched Unsolved Mysteries.

We dare you to press PLAY. But once you start the game… can you survive it?
