Somewhere between The Blair Witch Project and Raatma is the found footage waking nightmare FROGMAN, a grotesquely fun tale from prolific short filmmaker Anthony Cousins, making his startling feature film debut after winning the Jury Prize for Best Short at Popcorn Frights 2022. In this hilariously screwy and gleefully twisted film, three friends head into the woods of Loveland, Ohio to capture proof of the legendary Frogman’s existence. But when the filmmakers get too close to the truth, they’ll be lucky if they even make it out of town alive.
