VENUE: Savor Cinema Fort Lauderdale

ACCOMPANYING THE PREMIERE OF HALLOWARRIOR IS A SPECIAL 30TH ANNIVERSARY PRESENTATION OF MICHAEL DOUGHERTY’S SEASON’S GREETINGS—SCREENING IN A BRAND-NEW 4K RESTORATION OF THE ANIMATED SHORT THAT FIRST INTRODUCED SAM, YEARS BEFORE HE BECAME HORROR’S FAVORITE PINT-SIZED HALLOWEEN ICON IN TRICK ‘R TREAT.

Every day is Halloween when the world ends! Meet Pumpkin (Milly Shapiro from HEREDITARY), a Halloween-obsessed survivor carving out an existence in the ashes of the apocalypse. Surrounded by jack-o’-lanterns, spooky decorations, and memories of a world long gone, she’s convinced she may be the last person alive. But when a mysterious group of scavengers arrives at her doorstep led by the seemingly kind Thalia (Shannyn Sossamon), Pumpkin dares to believe she’s finally found something she’s been missing for years: family. Big mistake.

What begins as a glimmer of hope quickly spirals into a brutal home-invasion nightmare as the newcomers reveal their true intentions. Trapped, outnumbered, and fighting for her life, Pumpkin must unleash every survival instinct she has left. This Halloween, there’s no trick-or-treating—only one choice: fight back or die.

A lean, vicious, and wildly entertaining blast of post-apocalyptic horror, HALLOWARRIOR delivers a blood-soaked crowd-pleaser that fuses siege-thriller intensity with the spirit of Halloween. Packed with suspense, heart, and pumpkin-fueled mayhem, this ferocious love letter to horror’s favorite holiday proves that even at the end of the world, Halloween never dies.

The apocalypse is terrifying. Halloween is forever! 🎃
