Produced by C. Robert Cargill (THE BLACK PHONE), featuring a wickedly fun cameo by Joe Lynch (SUITABLE FLESH) and a chilling voice performance by horror maestro Mick Garris, HOUSE OF ASHES is a darkly twisted and audacious ghost story that will get right under your skin.

Mia is trapped in a waking nightmare—grieving a miscarriage, suspected in her husband’s mysterious death, and now under house arrest in a state that criminalizes pregnancy loss. When her devoted friend Marc moves in, strange disturbances begin: vanishing objects, eerie noises, and a growing sense of dread. Mia fears a supernatural force, while Marc insists it’s human. But as the terror intensifies, both realize the truth is far more horrifying than they imagined.

Blending wicked humor, ghost sex, and some truly unhinged twists, this is a supernatural thriller that pulls no punches—equal parts brutal and bizarre, eerie and entertaining. With Garris whispering doom and Lynch popping in for a devilish surprise, this is one haunted house you won’t want to leave.
