In this pulse-pounding horror thriller, a grotesque outbreak known only as the ITCH! tears through the population—an uncontrollable affliction that drives its victims into violent, frenzied madness. A grieving widower on the edge finds fleeting shelter in a sealed-off department store with his estranged daughter. But safety is a lie.

As the infection creeps closer and paranoia festers among the trapped survivors, it becomes chillingly clear: the real monsters may already be inside. Loyalties crack, sanity unravels, and blood spills as they are forced into a brutal fight—not just against the horrors outside, but the terrifying transformations within.

Faced with impossible choices and a bond stretched to its limit, father and daughter must decide how far they’re willing to go to protect each other… and what’s left to save when the itch gets in.
