IT WILL MAKE YOUR SKIN CRAWL! From Italian master of the macabre Dario Argento (SUSPIRIA), comes PHENOMENA—one of his most beautifully designed horror films—now remastered for the first time in 4K! In one of his greatest cinematic achievements, he pits Oscar-winner Jennifer Connelly (LABYRINTH), Donald Pleasence (HALLOWEEN), and a cute razor-wielding chimp against a horde of telepathic killer insects and maggots galore.

With a little bit of CARRIE, a touch of Nancy Drew, and a whole lot of black-gloved giallo mayhem, PHENOMENA is Argento’s finest entry in the coked-out, anything-goes sweepstakes of 1980s horror. From the shocking violence to its fantastic soundtrack featuring songs by rock gods Goblin, Motörhead, and Iron Maiden, this movie was made to be watched by a theater full of appreciative maniacs.

The young Jennifer Corvino (Jennifer Connelly) is sent to a private Swiss academy for girls where a vicious killer is on the loose. Jennifer has the unique ability to telepathically communicate with insects and an entomologist, Dr. John McGregor (Donald Pleasence), enlists her help in locating the murderer. As the mystery unfolds, they find themselves in a bizarre murder plot with maggots, telepathic insects and a razor-wielding chimpanzee! Can Jennifer uncover the killer’s identity before becoming a victim herself?
