A Popcorn Frights short film alum, Olivia West Lloyd breaks out with her startling feature debut SOMEWHERE QUIET starring the likes of Kentucker Audley (V/H/S) and Jennifer Kim (SHE DIES TOMORROW, POPCORN FRIGHTS 2021 Official Selection BLACK BEAR). An engrossing and utterly unsettling thriller that delivers ever-tightening unease and unrelenting tension, the film centers on a woman trying to readjust to normalcy after surviving a traumatic kidnapping — but her grounded sense of reality soon starts to deteriorate when she travels with her husband to his wealthy family’s isolated compound.
